For many consultants, engineers, academic institutions and students, this knowledge base has become a reference point.

'Visitor stats' read like FTSE100 listings and include blue-chip organizations e.g. BOC Gases and the BBC, electricity supply and distribution e.g. SP Power Systems and EDF Energy, and countless universities from every corner of the globe. You're therefore in excellent company!

If time can be afforded to research a subject, then please do have a look at this free information on offer. Links to the popular sections can be found under the "Knowledge Base" menu.

Faultlink International's principle consultant, Marc Dekenah, has been an author of personal technical websites since early 1997. The well-known "Marc's Technical Pages" (www.marcspages.co.uk) is a consolidation of most of his work.

This knowledge base grew from a need to create documentation on a common platform at a time of vast numbers of incompatible word processing suites. The Internet was establishing itself and 'browsers' were found on almost every PC. Using this, Marc was among the first to publish tech support documentation in HTML thus making it available to all who needed it.

Although Marc concentrates his efforts on Faultlink International, his passion to serve the world-wide engineering community is still as strong as it ever was. This knowledge base of well over one thousand files of text and circuits is here to stay, and work on it will continue as and when time permits.
